Welcome to Wearzeno ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles information when you use the Wearzeno mobile application (the "App").
Wearzeno is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your wardrobe data — including clothing photos, wardrobe items, style preferences, outfit ratings, and wear history — is created and used entirely on your device. It is stored locally, is never uploaded to any server, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App does transmit a small amount of data only in two optional, user-initiated cases:
We do not sell personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, or any account details — the App has no accounts.
The App requests access to your camera solely to allow you to photograph clothing items for your wardrobe. Photos are processed locally on your device and stored in the App's private document directory. No photos are ever transmitted off your device.
The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select existing images of clothing items. We read selected images only and do not access your entire photo library beyond what you explicitly choose.
The App requests location access only when you explicitly tap "Enable Weather Tips" on the Home screen. With your permission, it reads your approximate location and sends those coordinates once to the Open-Meteo weather API (open-meteo.com) solely to return local weather conditions for outfit suggestions. The coordinates are not stored on any server (there are no servers), are not kept in the App beyond the weather request, and are never shared with any other party. You may decline location access at any time; the App works fully without weather features. Location is never used in the background.

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Wearzeno requests non-personalized ads only. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may read the device's advertising identifier and use standard mobile ad SDK technologies. The advertising identifier is processed by Google in accordance with its Advertising Policy; Wearzeno does not receive or store it and does not share it with any other party. The only other external network request in the App is to the Open-Meteo weather API (open-meteo.com) for weather data, which receives your approximate coordinates only when you enable weather tips.
The App does not require user registration, login, or any form of authentication. No email addresses, names, or personal identifiers are collected.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. In the limited cases described above (weather and ads), any data involved is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including COPPA.
The App complies with Apple's iOS Data Storage Guidelines. User-generated content (clothing photos) is stored in the Documents directory and is backed up by default. No cached or temporary data is stored in the Documents directory.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASO Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
The App uses Google AdMob for advertisements and the Open-Meteo API for weather data. Your use of these external services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. These Terms apply to all updates. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
